Indigenous Groups of Honduras

Honduras has several indigenous groups which include the Lenca, Garifuna, Miskito, Chorti Maya, the Pech, and Ahuas. Most of these groups are friendly to visitors and our happy to show their crafts and demonstrate their culture. Many of these groups have Mayan ancestry and speak a Mayan dialect.
